Hi, my name's Stephanie Jones, and I'm the creator of this simple website. My main reason for putting this together is that, after the birth of my second child, I had a real struggle getting my figure back into shape. It wasn't until I had tried all manner of diets and exercise programs, with no decent results, that I finally discovered an effective way to burn fat lose weight, and really enjoy life again. I've seen so many others go through what I did, so I decided to blog about this and to share my findings with others.
